No. Cartbonkers is a PC game. Try the browser demo on a desktop computer, or download the Windows version.

Do I need a Steam account?

No. The demo is available on itch.io without a Steam account.

Does the demo include RAMPAGE?

You can see its preview, but RAMPAGE is playable in the full game only.
